Volleyball Australia operates a coach education & development program so individuals can enter the pathway as a coach, with little or no knowledge of the sport. Progress along this pathway is designed to allow a coach to develop their skills and coaching competencies within their own environment or while progressing along the coaching pathway. Many Australian coaches have been able to obtain professional contracts coaching overseas clubs or athletes in either Volleyball or Beach Volleyball.

Below you will find information on how to obtain and submit your required paperwork.
ATTENTION ALL COACHES
As of September 2017 Volleyball Australia implemented new requirements for all coaches.
All coaches will need to complete the Play by the Rules modules:
These will need to be completed if the individual is looking to gain, renew or upgrade their accreditation or coaches who are looking to participate in any Volleyball Australia and most state events.
Currently we do not offer exemptions from this requirement. Teachers and those who are not coaching juniors are still expected to complete these modules.
